Hi! I want to find roommates for AAS meeting, checking in on Jan 3rd, and check out on Jan 8th.
I plan to share room with other 2 or 3 female students (say, triple or quad room). I haven't reserved
a room yet.

Hi, this is Jayden Butler from Albion College. Oana Vesa and I will be flying down there from Michigan from 3rd to 6th of January. We were wondering if we could room with you? We are undergrads.
