The meeting website says, "Parents are responsible for making arrangements for childcare," so I think we do have to figure it out ourselves. Maybe if we ask the AAS they can help us set something up at the Convention Center?

Childcare coordination -- looking for childcare/nanny share
I'll be bringing my 20-month-old twins to the Seattle meeting, and will be looking for childcare during meeting hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I'd love to share with one or two similarly-aged kids to bring down costs, if possible. And I'm looking for recommendations for how to find a caregiver...
